- If you sent outside EU, remember EU Customs, or UK, USA, CA Customs can treat your shipment as a sale to Hydroline. REMEMBER Hydroline is NOT buying your rack and we do not pay for import duties. In a worst case your rack will be send back. Be sure to specify on the customs documents that you are sending for repair, items manufactured in USA, otherwise import duties will be charged and we will have to refuse delivery.
